You're a Fool

Comedy with a swim. Cold autumn day on a deserted beach appears a man. It's Jes. He looks back on his past, and his friends - an easy touch Bob, a dumb dog Doc and the proper man Bondarenko. At one time, in far 80s, these areas as well as those boys were kindred to him. And yet then, without a care in the world, happened a story changing Jes's life forever. A story about a deed which someone would call mad, another one would consider pointless and somebody would find insane. However for a person who ventured upon it, the deed had sense as valuable as life. Whether our every move is the realization of our own desires and needs? Don't we follow the patterns? Don't we follow someone's thoughts? Is always something which is traditionally considered as "good" or "bad" relates to our inner moral scale. "You're a Fool" doesn't give answers to these questions. It tells us a story of a person who voluntarily ruined himself and turned into a shadow of another one. This person could be anyone of us. Couldn't we? // In Ukrainian.
